Sandy, we're happy to hear the dragonfly replacement teaspoon was just what you needed! To keep the new pewter shiny, we recommend using Cape Cod® Metal Polishing Cloths, https://thebarringtongarage.com/products/cape-cod-metal-polishing-cloths-set-with-buffing-cloth-gloves-and-decorative-tin, while the finish is still pristine. We aren't aware of any commercial polishes that will restore the pewter once a patina has developed.
