Cancellations and Returns
We welcome returns within 30 days. The holiday return period applies to orders placed between November 1 and December 31. Holiday returns must be received no later than January 31 of the next year.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any) and in its original packaging. Please include your order number with your return.
To start a return, please log in to your account. Click the order that contains the item you want to return. If your order has multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note if desired. Click Request Return.
If you did not create an account or log in when you placed the order, please email us at service@thebarringtongarage.com for further instructions.
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label once your return is authorized. We do not accept unauthorized returns. The standard return shipping fee is $8.99. Higher amounts may apply for larger products or returns with multiple items.
Your return authorization will confirm the amount that will be deducted for the return label. If you choose to purchase your own return shipping with the carrier of your choice, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If items were damaged in transit, please email photos of the shipping box, label, and damaged items to service@thebarringtongarage.com and include your order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and items from the Final Sale category.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Your return will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. We'll refund your original payment method once we confirm the merchandise meets the terms of our return policy. Please remember it will likely take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
