Allen Davis created his bowls from native hardwoods that were cut from his North Carolina property and layered them with imported exotic hardwoods. The gorgeous patterns were created by the natural wood colors. No dyes or stains were used. An Allen Davis artisan wood bowl is sure to be a treasured heirloom. Both decorative and functional, the bowl is food-safe and can be washed by hand with soap and water. Use food-grade mineral oil to preserve the finish and prevent drying out from washing.
