Artisans in the highlands of western Kenya hand carve this versatile little bowl from soft kisii stone, also known as soapstone. Nairobi artisans hand dye and etch a sweet scene of two romancing giraffes. Due to handcrafting and the use of natural materials, no two pieces are exactly alike.
